Onboard comfort

At Air Nostrum, we strive to make your journey as comfortable as possible. Our fleet, featuring aircraft like the CRJ1000 and the ATR72-600, offers up to 79 cm of legroom and up to 50 cm of seat width—measurements exceeding those typically found in regional aviation. This allows you to enjoy more space, freedom of movement, and a more relaxed flight experience.

Electronic Devices on board the aircraft

You can use them in "airplane mode" or equivalent throughout the flight.

If they cause interference with electronic devices the captain may ban their use.

During take-off and landing larger devices must be appropriately stowed and turned off.

They must be switched off in checked baggage, with the exception of tracking devices such as Apple AirTag.

Permitted during the flight

Enhance your travel experience by switching the following devices to “flight mode” or equivalent during all phases of the flight:

  •  Mobile phones.
  •  Music players.
  •  Portable game consoles.
  •  Bluetooth devices.
  •  Personal computers with or without external mouse.
  •  Tablets and handheld PDAs.

If any device or battery is damaged, overheats, emits smoke or accidently slips into the mechanism of the seats, please inform the cabin crew immediately. If a battery is damaged, switch off the device completely (not standby mode) and put it in a visible place where you can observe it and where it can't accidently be activated. Disable any feature that could switch it on (e.g. alarms) and don't charge it.

Aunque no se permita su uso a bordo, lleve las power banks consigo durante el vuelo para mantenerlas siempre bajo control.

Although their use is not permitted on board, take power banks with you during the flight to keep them under control at all times.

Electronic items whose use is prohibited on board

By not using devices that affect the aircraft’s electronics you will be ensuring a safe flight for all.

  •  Remote control games.
  •  Television sets.
  •  Computer or videogames peripherals.
  •  AM and FM radios.
  •  Wireless computer mice.
  •  E-cigarettes (may be transported only as carry-on baggage).
  •  Power Banks.

Check-in time limit

The check-in time limit is the latest time a passenger can check-in prior to the scheduled flight departure time as shown on the flight ticket. Passengers will be provided, once the check-in procedure has been carried out successfully, with a valid boarding pass allowing them to proceed to the flight departure gate.

The Carrier will not be liable for the non-acceptance of a passenger who has not completed the check-in procedure within the flight check-in time limit.

Flight time requisites are calculated to permit the Carrier to formalise all required boarding procedures prior to the flight check-in time limit.

Aircraft cannot leave behind schedule due to passenger late arrival. Non-presentation rules could be applied.

Dangerous Goods Regulations
