Air Nostrum, Iberia’s regional franchise airline, is currently conducting a recruitment drive for cabin crew members to join its workforce.
As part of a tour visiting various locations to meet potential candidates, company representatives will host an open day in Madrid next week. This event will offer an inside look at the company and the nature of the job.
The event will take place at the Madrid Alameda Aeropuerto by Meliá hotel (Avda. de Logroño, 100, 28042 Madrid). The first session will be held on Tuesday, September 15, at 11:00 a.m. and is open to all interested individuals. The second session will take place on Wednesday, September 16, at 8:30 a.m. and is reserved exclusively for candidates pre-selected the previous day.
To apply for this call for applications, holding an active Cabin Crew (TCP) certificate is mandatory.
Those interested in participating in the selection process must first submit their CV via the company’s website (https://jobs.airnostrum.es/) and attend the event without needing a prior invitation.
Upon arrival at the hotel, applicants must provide two passport-sized photos and one full-body photo, a photocopy of their National ID card (DNI) or—if applicable—their residence and work permit, two copies of their CV, and proof of their educational background.
Candidates who pass the personal interview and psychometric tests will have the opportunity to complete a specialized six-week training course. This course provides the training required to obtain a flight certificate and the specific type ratings needed to operate the company's various aircraft.
