VALENCIA, OCTOBER 23, 2026

Air Nostrum, the Iberia franchise airline for regional flights, is currently conducting a new selection process to recruit cabin crew members (flight attendants) to join its staff.

As part of a tour across various locations to connect with potential candidates, company representatives will host an open house in Madrid on Thursday the 29th, offering an inside look at the company and the nature of the role.

Interviews with candidates will take place on Thursday the 29th at the Madrid Alameda Aeropuerto by Meliá hotel (Avda. Logroño, 100, 28042 Madrid) at 9:30 a.m.

Those interested in participating in the selection process must first submit their curriculum vitae (CV) via the company’s website at https://jobs.airnostrum.es/ and may attend the interview without needing an invitation.

Upon arrival at the hotel, applicants must provide two passport-sized photographs and one full-length photograph, a photocopy of their National ID card (DNI) or passport—or, if applicable, their residence and work permit—along with two copies of their CV and proof of their educational background.

Candidates who pass the personal interview and psychometric tests will have the opportunity to complete a six-week specialized training course. This training will lead to a flight certificate and the necessary qualifications to perform their duties across the company’s various aircraft.
