Company representatives will conduct a recruitment drive on Monday, October 5, seeking young people with a good command of English to be based in Mallorca
VALENCIA, SEPTEMBER 28, 2026
Air Nostrum, the Iberia franchise for regional flights, is currently conducting a recruitment process for cabin crew members to join its staff at the Mallorca base. As part of a tour visiting various locations to meet potential candidates, company representatives will attend an open day in Palma de Mallorca on October 5.
This event will offer interested individuals an inside look at the company and the nature of the job. Interviews with candidates will take place on Monday, October 5, at the Palma Bellver by Meliá hotel in Palma de Mallorca (Avinguda Gabriel Roca 11, 07014) at 12:30 PM.
Those interested in attending the recruitment event must first submit their CV via the company’s website by registering for the open day listing (https://jobs.airnostrum.es/) and should attend the interview without waiting for a specific invitation. Upon arrival at the hotel, applicants must provide two passport-sized photos and one full-body photo, a photocopy of their National ID card (DNI) or—if applicable—their residence and work permit, two copies of their CV, and proof of their educational background.
Additionally, holding an active Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) and residing in Mallorca are mandatory requirements. Candidates who successfully pass the personal interview and psychometric tests will have the opportunity to take a specific six-week course.
This training will enable them to obtain their flight certification and the necessary type ratings to work on the various aircraft operated by the company from its Mallorca base.
