VALENCIA, OCTOBER 30, 2026

Air Nostrum, the Iberia franchise airline for regional flights, is currently conducting a new selection process for cabin crew members (flight attendants) to join its staff. As part of a tour across various locations to connect with potential candidates, company representatives will be in Valencia on Tuesday, November 3, to host an open house event, offering an inside look at the company and the nature of the role.

Interviews with candidates will take place at the NH Valencia Center hotel (Calle Ricardo Micó, 1, 46009) at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 3.

Those interested in participating in the selection process must first submit their curriculum vitae (CV) via the company’s website at https://jobs.airnostrum.es/ and may attend the interview without needing an invitation.
Upon arrival at the hotel, applicants must provide two passport-style photos and one full-length photograph, a photocopy of their national ID card (DNI) or passport, a residence and work permit (if applicable), two copies of their CV, and proof of completed education—at a minimum, the first year of *Bachillerato* (upper secondary education) or an intermediate or higher-level vocational training qualification.

Candidates who pass the personal interview and psychometric tests will have the opportunity to complete a six-week training course. This program provides the necessary training to obtain a flight certificate, along with the specific qualifications required to work on the various aircraft operated by the company.
