The airline is activating its Christmas connection from Mallorca to León, Badajoz, Almería, Vigo, and Valladolid, and is adding a connection to Andorra this year

Air Nostrum, Iberia's franchised airline for regional flights, has expanded its flight offering for this coming Christmas. The special operations program, which is added to regular operations, runs from December 20 to January 7 and has 4% more seats than last year for the same period. Flights can now be purchased at www.iberia.com and at travel agencies.
The Balearic Islands are the region where activity will increase the most during this special period. Flights from Mallorca will be added or added to up to six different routes. The connection with Badajoz will have eight special round-trip flights on December 21, 23, 26, 28, and 30, and January 2, 4, and 6.
The connection from Sont Sant Joan to Valladolid will have up to eleven flights. This important operation concludes with flights on December 21, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 30, and January 1, 2, 4, and 6. Flights from Mallorca are already almost full in December, and those departing from Valladolid in January.
In León, Air Nostrum will operate flights to Palma for up to ten days, two more than last year. These flights will be on December 20, 21, 22, 26, 27, 29, and 30, and January 2, 3, and 5. A double frequency has been scheduled for January 2 for the first time ever. Flights from Mallorca on the 20th, 21st, and 22nd are already full.
Vigo will be another city with many Christmas connections to Mallorca. This route operates a total of ten days, with very high occupancy rates at the Balearic Islands departure points. These flights are December 21, 23, 26, 28, 29, and 30, and January 2, 4, 6, and 7.
Almería will also have up to six new operations on December 21, 23, 25, 28, and 30, and January 6. For the first time, flights from Son Sant Joan to Andorra will operate during Christmas, with frequencies on Fridays and Sundays.
From Ibiza, the connection with Alicante has been strengthened by adding 25% more flights, bringing the total number of flights to almost one per day during Christmas, except for December 26 and January 2.
Regarding inter-Balearic operations, this year's number of seats has increased by 6% compared to last Christmas.
The Canary Islands, greatly strengthened
Air Nostrum is also strengthening its connections with the Canary Islands this coming Christmas. The route between Tenerife North and Valencia will have up to eleven days of operation, with flights on December 21, 22, 23, 26, 28, 29, 30, and January 2, 4, 5, and 6. Valladolid will have eight flights to Tenerife North on December 21, 23, 26, 28, 30, and January 2, 4, and 6. This Tenerife airport will also have up to seven connections with Santiago de Compostela on December 23, 26, 28, 30, and January 2, 4, and 6.
Regarding Las Palmas, there will be a connection with León for five days: December 22, 27, and 29, and January 3 and 5.
Other destinations
Regarding Melilla, there will be a special flight to Barcelona on January 6, in addition to the usual Thursday and Saturday flights. The routes to Las Palmas on Saturdays and Mallorca on Tuesdays and Thursdays will continue during Christmas.
Strasbourg will have connections to Barcelona for the first time, with several flights until December 31. Regarding the Madrid route, which operates Monday through Friday, a second frequency will be added on December 27 and 30, and January 2. An additional frequency will be added on Sunday, January 29.
Valencia will see a 17% increase in available seats with Malaga. There will be one uninterrupted daily flight from December 21 to January 7. Also from Manises, the connection with Vigo will be strengthened, with up to three weekly flights on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
